Documents Required

A.    Documents for proof needed to secure admission are

1. Copy of Birth Certificate 
2. 6 Passport size photographs of child
3. Copy of Address proof
4. Copy of Parent’s and child’s Aadhar card
5. Two passport size photographs of Mother and Father

B.    Rules and Regulations:

1. Admission to this school is restricted the certain Government rule and regulations.
2. The process of applying for leave is for parents/guardians to write to the Principal in advance.
3. It is compulsory to attend Open House/PTM/Orientation programs.
4. Child’s progress is the result of both school and parents’ joint efforts. 
5. Suggestions are welcome but the decision of the Principal and the School Authority will be final.
6. School reserves the right to cancel admission in certain circumstances
7. Nobody is permitted to see the class teacher during school hours, without a prior appointment from the management.

C.    Rules regarding Fees:

1. Fee once paid is not refundable. 
2. Term 1 fee, kit charges would be collected at the time of the admission.
3. Term 2 fee would have to be paid in the month of October on or before the date given.
4. Non-Payment of fee without prior information, will lead to cancellation of admission & not issuing of results.
5. Kindly pay the fee during the given period to avoid late fee.

D.    Safety Regulation:

1. Always send the child in school uniform with the I-Card
2. Do not dress your child with cloths having zips, as there is a danger of getting hurt.
3. Never send small articles from home with the children as they can be dangerous for them.  
4. Please do not send any valuable articles along with children in school
